About the Author
Louis E. Hunsinger Jr. live's in Williamsport, and has written extensively on local history as well local professional baseball history. He is freelance writer who contributes frequently to "Webb Weekly." He has had articles published in "The National Pastime," as well as in the "Biographical Encyclopedia of American Sports." He is a member of the Society of American Baseball Research (SABR), and is active locally in various organizations including the Advisory Committee of Wise Options, as a Tour Guide for the Lycoming County Visitors Bureau, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Friends of the James V. Brown Library. He has a bachelor's degree in Political Science with minors in History and Journalism.
